たいそうあたたかくなりました。猫ねこが久ひさし振ぶりにあたたかくなったので縁側えんがわに出でて見みると、縁側えんがわの鉢はちの中なかにいる金魚きんぎょが五ご、六ろく匹ひきチラチラしています。これは占しめた、どうかして取とって食たべてやろうと思おもってジッと鉢はちの中なかを狙ねらいました。犬いぬがこれを見みつけて、これはうまいと思おもいました。ふだんから憎にくらしいと思おもう猫ねこが今日きょうは全まったく気きがつかずにいる。今度こんどこそは引ひっ捕とらえてひどい目めに合あわせて遣やろうと、猫ねこに気きのつかぬようにそっとうしろから忍しのび寄よりました。二に階かいの窓まどから坊ぼっちゃんがこれを見みつけて、あの憎にくらしい犬いぬが又また猫ねこをいじめてやろうとしている。今日きょうこそは勘弁かんべんしないぞと、空気くうき銃じゅうにバラ玉だまを込こめて犬いぬのお尻しりの処ところをジット狙ねらいました。その時ときお父ちちさまがこれを見みつけて、又また坊ぼうやがいたずらをしている。よその犬いぬに怪我けがをさせては大変たいへんだ。よしよし捕つかまえて懲して遣やろうと、ぬき足たさし足あしうしろから近寄ちかよってお出いでになりました。
