Read a sample in Japanese時々のことは外からもお聞きになっていることでしょう。しかし先月（初五月なりし）長国下の関という所に参り滞在しておりました節、蔵に久しく会わないので尋ねましたところ、それは三日路もほか遠い所におりましたのでそのままにしておきましたところ、ふと蔵はほかの用事で私の宿へ参り、互いに手を打ちまして、「天なるかな、奇妙々々」と笑い申しました。このごろは蔵は一向病気もなく、はなはだ達者なことであります。中にも感心なことは、一向に家のことを尋ねず、終日話していることは、ただ天下国家のことのみ。実に盛んであると言うべきです。それより互いに先々のことを誓いまして、これより、もうつまらぬ戦は起こすまい、つまらぬことで死ぬまいと、互いに固く約束いたしました。
